The SEQUOIA is a tree care seat harness for doubled-rope ascent techniques. The extra-wide, semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide comfort for the arborist. The waistbelt is equipped with a FAST automatic buckle for quick and simple opening and closing, without loss of adjustment, even while wearing gloves. The leg loops have FAST LT PLUS automatic buckles. The gated attachment points allow the user to easily connect a ZILLON or MICROFLIP lanyard, or to install several attachment bridges and accessories directly on the bridge.

- Built for comfort, the Petzl SEQUOIA harness features a semi-rigid, wide waistbelt and leg loops designed for optimal positioning and support. These elements are sculpted to fit the body naturally and lined with foam padding, providing superior comfort during prolonged suspension. This thoughtful design ensures arborists can maintain focus and efficiency without discomfort, even in extended situations.
- The harness includes two gated attachment points, allowing the user to easily connect essential lanyards such as the ZILLON or MICROFLIP. These attachment points also support multiple configurations, enabling the installation of various attachment bridges—both fixed and adjustable—as well as other accessories directly on the bridge, like the RING and SWIVEL. The primary attachment bridge facilitates lateral mobility, giving users flexibility while working. Additionally, mobile side attachment points follow the orientation of the lanyard, allowing smooth lateral movement without constraint.
- For convenience in adjustment, the Petzl SEQUOIA harness includes a waistbelt equipped with a FAST automatic buckle that enables quick and secure opening and closing, even when the user is wearing gloves, with no loss of fit. The leg loops come with FAST LT PLUS automatic buckles featuring a locking system that minimizes the risk of unintentional unfastening. DOUBLEBACK buckles allow for easy height adjustment of the attachment bridge, enabling the arborist to find a comfortable working position. These buckles also have protective plastic covers to ensure secure locking.
- To facilitate tool organization, the harness is equipped with nine pre-shaped equipment loops with protective sheaths, five slots for CARITOOL tool holders, and two retainers for carabiners to secure a chainsaw or handsaw. An elastic strap also provides a convenient attachment point for a first aid kit. For added comfort, an optional seat can be attached to the harness to improve support during prolonged suspension.
