Because of its intrinsically safe rating, high performance, and compact size, CMC has selected the Princeton Tec EOS II as the headlamp for our confined space entry kits. The Class I, Division 1 rating makes the EOS II the safest choice when working in hazardous environments. The single Maxbright LED puts out an incredible 105 Lumens and a spot beam that reaches as far as 65 meters. It has a running burn time of up to 121 hours. The EOS II comes with a rubber headband that really sticks to an industrial hard hat or a river rescue helmet. Waterproof to one meter, the EOS II is an excellent choice when swimming rivers or working in other environments. Also comes with industrial 3M Dual Lock TM and a nylon strap for use as a standard headlamp with two modes. Three AAA alkaline batteries included. Maximum burn time: 121 hours.
