Petzl Taut-Line Belay System with the ASAP Kit

This is a taut-line belay system used in conjunction with a single-tensioned rope system. This system comes into play if the mainline system fails or over-speeds. If an unexpected release of the load occurs, the ASAP mobile fall arrester will stop the load and the ASAP’SORBER energy absorber will deploy and lessen the shock of the load.
